I founded Alden Management in 2001. Me and Alden's teams build our success based on mutual trust, fairness, integrity and open communication. As a church friend and my leader’s daughter’s piano teacher, I’ve had a close connection to the team. Since my husband works in the transportation industry, I was encouraged by my leader to take over his lorry insurance policies. That decision led me to join Alden in 2021. Initially, it was an opportunity to challenge myself and grow, but I soon realized that this career allows me to balance earning a living with doing the things I love.
